Hi , I am Animesh!

PhD Scholar (TCS Research Fellow) in CoE in Artificial Intelligence at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Graphs, whether in the form of social networks, biological structures, or intricate neural pathways, hold the keys to unlocking secrets, solving puzzles, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. As an explorer of this fascinating domain, I’m on a quest to unravel the stories hidden within the nodes and edges, to decipher the language of connections, and to harness the power of graphs to transform our understanding of the world by the help of Graph Machine Learning. Currently I am pursuing PhD under the supervision of Prof. Plaban Kumar Bhowmick and Prof. Pralay Mitra.

My ongoing research focuses on creating graph neural network frameworks to interpret protein structures for a deeper understanding of their binding mechanisms.
